These Terms govern your use of the websites and services of Roco Technologies LLC, doing business as Custom Business Tech ("Custom Business Tech," "we," "us," or "our"). By using our websites, submitting a form, or opting in to our text messages, you agree to these Terms and to our Privacy Policy.

Free website previews

We may prepare a website preview for your business at no cost and with no obligation to buy. A preview is a demonstration. It remains our property until you purchase a website from us under a separate agreement. We may use the information you provide, and publicly available information about your business, to prepare it. Previews may be available for a limited time.

Text messaging terms

  • Program: Custom Business Tech text messages. When you opt in, you agree to receive recurring automated marketing text messages from Custom Business Tech at the number you provided. These are marketing messages about our services, including your free website preview, offers, and promotions.
  • Consent is not a condition of purchase.
  • Message frequency varies.
  • Message and data rates may apply. Check with your mobile carrier for details about your plan.
  • To stop: reply STOP to any message. We will send one message confirming you have been unsubscribed, and you will receive no further messages unless you opt in again.
  • For help: reply HELP to any message, or email contact@custombusinesstech.com.
  • Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
  • You confirm that you are the subscriber or authorized user of the mobile number you provide.
  • We do not share mobile numbers or text messaging opt-in data with third parties for their marketing purposes. See our Privacy Policy.

Acceptable use

You agree to provide accurate information and not to misuse our websites, including by submitting information about a business or phone number you are not authorized to represent, interfering with our systems, or attempting to access them without authorization.

Intellectual property

Our websites, previews, designs, and content are owned by Custom Business Tech or its licensors and are protected by law. You may not copy, reproduce, or distribute them except as allowed by a written agreement with us.

Disclaimers

Our websites and previews are provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, express or implied, to the fullest extent permitted by law.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Custom Business Tech will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of our websites or previews.

Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Massachusetts, without regard to its conflict of laws rules.

Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will post the updated version on this page and change the effective date above.
