Information you give us. When you request a website preview or contact us, we collect the details you provide, such as your name, business name, type of business, business address, phone number, email address, and current website.
Information collected automatically. When you visit our websites, we and our service providers collect information such as your IP address, browser and device type, pages viewed, the page that referred you, and advertising identifiers included in links (for example, campaign tags or ad click IDs). We use cookies, pixels, and similar technologies to do this.
Information from public sources. We compile publicly available information about businesses, such as details from online business listings and business websites, to prepare website previews and to contact businesses about our services.
How we use information

Text messaging
If you opt in to receive text messages from Custom Business Tech, we will use your mobile number to send recurring automated marketing text messages about our services, including your free website preview, offers, and promotions. We do not sell, rent, or share mobile phone numbers or text messaging opt-in data and consent with third parties or affiliates for their marketing or promotional purposes. We share this information only with service providers that help us deliver our messages, such as our text messaging platform, and they may use it only for that purpose.
Cookies and advertising technologies
We advertise on platforms including Meta (Facebook and Instagram), Google, and TikTok, and we may use their tools on our websites, such as the Meta Pixel, Google tags, and the TikTok Pixel. These tools let us and these platforms measure how our ads perform and show relevant ads. The platforms may collect information about your visit, such as pages viewed and actions taken, and link it to information they already have, under their own privacy policies.
You can limit these technologies through your browser's cookie settings and through the ad preference settings of each platform. You can also opt out of interest-based advertising from many companies at optout.aboutads.info and optout.networkadvertising.org.

Children
Our services are intended for businesses and are not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.
